All calls are secured and are directed to the Millicom Ethics line. (The Ethics Line is an external and independent reporting service, which is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.)
All reports made through any of the above-mentioned channels will be treated with confidentiality, the identification of the compliant (if it was disclosed by the complainant), will also be kept confidential. All complaints will be logged and an appropriate independent investigation will be undertaken to establish if the concern raise is substantiated and address the issue.
AirtelTigo will take disciplinary action against anyone who retaliates against Employees or Third Parties who initiate or participate in Ethics & Compliance Department investigations. While AirtelTigo encourages Employee & Third Party reporting, AirtelTigo does not tolerate false reports made simply to harm another Employee.
